The International Board of Presbyters (IBOP) was organized in 1974 and is the largest ecclesiastical body of the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ (COOLJC). The purpose of this organization is to facilitate the work of the total ministry of the parent body through the concerted efforts and cooperation of it’s membership.
This shall be accomplished through meetings, classes, seminars and publications.

With the implementation of the P.R.O.P.H.E.T. (Presbyters Receiving Ongoing Help and Ecclesiastical Training) initiative, our goal is to keep presbyters INFORMED, INSPIRED, and INVOLVED.
Our Chairman
District Elder Mark Sanders
District Elder Mark Sanders is the esteemed pastor of Refuge Temple of Christ in Lockport, New York, where he has faithfully served for the past 27 years. A committed servant-leader, he holds a bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State College and a master’s degree from Urshan Graduate School of Theology. He is the son of Apostle Robert L. Sanders and Janice Sanders.

With more than 30 years of experience in preaching the gospel, Elder Sanders has made a lasting impact on the religious community. He previously served as evangelist for the late Chief Apostle William L. Bonner and as an instructor at the William L. Bonner Bible College, where he also served briefly on the board of directors.
​
In addition to his pastoral work, Elder Sanders dedicated 20 years to the Lockport Police Department as a community service liaison, building bridges between law enforcement and the community. He has been actively involved with the Auxiliary of Apostolic Teens (AAT) and the International Convention Committee, and he currently serves on the board of directors for Urshan University in St. Louis, Missouri.

From the very beginning of his ministry, Elder Sanders has been a dedicated member of the International Board of Presbyters (IBOP), where his steadfast service and leadership eventually led to his election as chairman.

Elder Sanders is blessed to share life and ministry with his wife, Danielle Sanders. Together they are the proud parents of three children and the loving grandparents of three grandchildren.
